Only positive part is the lady there was nice. Their elevator has been down for, from what I can tell, at least a month. It's not fun to move out anything from the second floor to down below where you have to park. They also jacked up my rate to over 200 dollars a month for a 10x10 unit on the second floor. Then their keyless entry system has also not been working. Also they won't pro rate me since I moved out on the first of the month so now I have to pay for the full month of not being there. Crooks are making you pay full price for a storage place that is not providing you with all the services they are charging you for. Go somewhere else.
