I had some questions about pricing, and Nesha was very helpful. She took the time to go over all my options and answered all my questions clearly. She went above and beyond by checking prices for other available units to see if I could get a better rate. Nesha is awesome, and I had a great experience with her customer service.

I love that you have the option now to access your unit 24 hours a day. I was having trouble getting by there during the day or even before 9 PM sometimes & our apartment is so small that I would bet over half of our things are in that storage unit, so I’m in and out a lot. The on-site manager is so friendly and always asks me if I need anything. Last week, I ran out the door with the lock to my unit thrown into the bottom of my purse, and when they noticed it, they put a combination lock on it, called me to let me knowand all I had to do was call an automated number and get the code text to me and give them their lock back when I came up there, but they did make sure my things were secure. Glad we decided to store our things there!

Friendliest storage place I've been to! Robert was fantastic and help me out with all of my questions and got me in my space the same day! Highly recommend!
