I just had an excellent experience at Public Storage, thanks to Sandy. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me every piece of information I needed to rent a unit especially since this was my first time renting one. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. What really stood out was that she encouraged my wife to come by and see the facility herself so she could feel safe and confident with the building. She even told me to let my wife know that she’d be happy to walk with her to our unit until she feels fully comfortable. That’s not just great customer service, that’s genuine care and humanity. Sandy, I truly appreciate your kindness, patience, and outstanding service. You made this experience easy and stress-free. Thank you!

There are good employees and then there are EXCEPTIONAL employees like Sandy. Sandy is proactive, responsive, engaging, and maintains high standards. On days that she is on time off, the difference at the facility is clear with things just not quite right. We are grateful to Sandy for her help with our multiple units and she is the reason we continue to do business with Public Storage at this location.

Sandy is the best!! My interaction with sandy from the time I opened the storage unit to now has been nothing less than excellent. She was very informative and made the process so easy. The space is clean, convenient and easy to access. She answered any questions I had, went above and beyond to get me the best rates.
