Great place. Just a little room for improvement. But of course there is always some room for improvement. The office staff are the epitome of customer service.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Shari, the property manager. From the start, she has been professional, attentive, and truly cares about her customers. She takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and makes sure everything is clear and stress-free. Shari goes above and beyond to keep the property well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. What really stands out is her friendly personality and the way she treats everyone with respect. It’s not easy to find someone so reliable and committed to customer service these days, but Shari makes the whole process simple and comfortable. I would definitely recommend working with Shari if you need storage—you’ll be in great hands!
