BEWARE - More REIT games. This company just bought out the Meriden CT SelfStor on Broad Street, and are immediately raising rates 30-40+%. What a disgrace! The very customers that made up the fully rented facility get penalized, yet they are offering rates well below this for strangers coming in as new customers. Sounds like a violation of the CT Unfair Trade Practices Act.
