Don’t use this specific facility! The roller coaster driveways are horrid for moving vans. People go through the gate without codes. Glad my unit is at the top of the roller coaster…yes, it’s near a freeway, but seriously? Bottles of urine, dead vermin on the asphalt outside my unit…what’s near the bottom of the crazy hill, live-in on site manager? BEWARE THE PRICE GOUGING -my 10x16 outdoor unit has gone from $68 in Jan 2020 to $291 in Feb 2025. That’s roughly a 400% increase in 5 years. New customers can get a 10x16 unit for $114. Didn’t plan on staying this long but the ex finally let me get my stuff Jan 2020 right before Covid hit, and then house prices skyrocketed. I’m getting out of this Frontage Road facility!

Marcia was a great help. She explained why my rent was $50. I didn't know i had insurance but I will be looking into getting renters insurance. She is so knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help.

Marcia is always in the office when I need her I went by her location on 63rd today and she was not there. Something told me to come to frontage and she was smiling brightly in the office just as sweet as can be. She is always patient and willing to help. Hopefully she can help me get a bigger unit so me and my sister can stop paying so much.
