The rental and storage process was easy. However, the unit's rental started at $163 and climbed to over $360 in 24 months. Contacting someone on-site is difficult, and there are no dumpsters . When I was ready to close out the storage contract, the website was very difficult, if not impossible, to handle this transaction. A chat representative eventually handled this.

This is a very clean storage facility the property manager Ms. Shantel was extremely professional made sure to ask the right questions to make sure we got the right size unit she even showed me different size units so I could visually see the amount of room I would have to work with. If I ever need to store anything again I will definitely call her. She's so nice and makes sure you're getting the unit you need and explains everything that you need to know.

My experience was very good, Ryan was very professional and helpful in assisting us in everything we needed. If I ever need anymore assistance I would definitely come back and recommend Ryan for good, professional customer service. He was real nice and I would definitely recommend others to ask for Ryan!!!!!!!!
