I was having a lot of trouble until Cielo helped me fix everything. I had a reservation but could not seem to add license and cc info to finalize. The person in the chat made me a whole new reservation and then still couldn’t get me past that point. She told me to call to 800 #. The lady at that number told me I could not make a reservation online or on the phone and had to visit the location in person. Then I got on the phone with Cielo who was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed everything for me. Thank you Cielo!!!
