Dana provided outstanding customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I received an email that the state sales tax are going up, and it would increase my monthly storage rent. With the way the economy is I honestly was not prepared for it. Thankfully, I contacted Alex at the office and he was able to extend my original contract for another 3 months. Alex is amazing and always there for the customers.

I can never get in contact with the property manager or anyone at this location. The lights have been out for over a week in my unit building. I haven’t even had this space for a year and already the rent has gone up twice…unexpectedly. This is extremely frustrating and raising the rent like this doesn’t make sense. These’s also mold in the wall and never any dolly’s to help move your stuff but the rent keeps going up. Sometimes there’s no AC, but the rent keeps going up. ****Update, now the bathroom is out of order!
