Stored furniture there for one year and paid the price. Items were covered with mold. We’ve never had this happen at any other storage place. Hours were spent streaming fabric and cleaning wood items before we could move them into our son’s new home. Took photos and reached out to management twice and got no response. Save your time and money and do not store your goods there.

Service is terrible. No one there most of the time. Constantly having access issues due to the app not working most of the time. For $300/month, I expect better. Also, the other reviews are true. This is definitely a bait and switch place. Your rent will go up significantly every 3 months

Service is great. Especially Tyler/Taylor(?) and Amanda and others. There had been a leak in this unit when I first rented it, but management fixed the issue.
