Unit is in an unlit back corner of the lot. The unit was not clean, not swept, and had some of the previous tenants belongings still there. Garbage around the unit, including old weights and broken glassware. Nails and hooks in the walls of the unit. The app they want you to use to unlock the gate does not work. One cart that I have seen is quite old and in disrepair. Mismatch in pricing between online, and over the phone. Put in my reservation online, and was called multiple times, and pressured to close. When we are done with this storage space, we will not be renting from them again. An update, I was waiting for them to fix a few issues, in a few months that we've been renting only just this last week. Have I now been able to use the contactless entry system, but there is still a bunch of debris and a few pieces of glass by my storage unit, and it is still very dark at night. The unit that we were at was a discounted unit, however, I just got an email saying that our rent there is going up by about $180! This is absolutely unacceptable, if the regional manager sees this, please give me a call as I am a very unhappy customer at this point.

I’ve had a storage unit at this property for over five years. It’s always been good, but recently I needed to move across the country in a tight timeline. Destiny helped solve some technical issues with my unit (since it was so old) 3 days in a row. One night I came in with movers and the gate code on my account wasn’t working. Destiny came down after hours and quickly fixed the issue and saved my move. Highly recommend this Public Storage. Amazing staff! Thank you Destiny!
