I wanted to take a moment to commend manager Ashley. She took the time to show me multiple units. I couldn’t decide which one we needed and she offered no complaints. Her demeanor was consistently exceptional. She also showed me the app and how to open the gate. Which in this weather is amazing! Thank you so much!!

This is one of the greatest team I have ever seen in customer service!!! These guys are are willing to work with you if you constantly communicate your situation and keep your word. A big thank you to U-Haul for former store manager Mike and the current store manager who is also named Mike. Wherever you got them from go get more. If not clone them.

The site manager Ashley is amazing. So very impressed how she handled my storage needs. The continual rent increases are definitely not good.
