Five-star experience! I recently moved to the west suburbs, and this Extra Space facility is a major upgrade from my previous location 50 miles away. It’s spotless, well-maintained, and—most importantly—I feel completely safe coming and going. A huge shoutout to Brent; he’s been incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole transition seamless. If you need a unit, go see him! Highly recommend!

The staff is welcoming, friendly and always willing to help with any need I may have. Once, I had not secured my own lock correctly, but they noticed it on a routine check and called me immediately so I could secure my unit.
