Extra Space Storage

Keith was incredibly helpful and informative about the different storage options, fees, etc. He was willing to work with us as a family to best meet our storage needs. The facility was well maintained and access was easy. Thank you Keith!

My first positive experience was with Kieth Dismukes because he was very friendly and had a great attitude with his customers. Then when I asked to see the units he did not hesitate one bit to show me any unit I wanted to see. He’s an awesome employee, even after I signed the papers. In fact he let me know that I needed to make my second payment by calling me and letting me know. He’s an awesome employee that deserves a bonus and a raise and an extra week’s vacation. :=))

ESS has been a great storage ctr for me. Been here 3 yrs, always clean and very safe. Keith who signed me up in the beginning, and I haven't talked to since then due to my hours, actually remembered me by my first name today! Wow!! Thank you again ESS and Keith!!
