Facility is nice & clean. People are friendly. Prices are $$$$. ETA - the DM reached out to me after my review and was able to decrease our monthly rent by $44. Appreciate the customer service of personally reaching out to me and being able to work with us since we have had our storage unit for almost 6 years. I have changed from a 3 star to a 4 star.

Mercedes was fabulous. She was welcoming, friendly, personable, and efficient. She took me to the gate to ensure my code worked and helped me install the lock on the unit. Overall awesome experience! Highly recommend.

Had an issue with new slot and it was taken care of promptly. Got issued the same day and was satisfied. Just got new rental notice. Called ICU to be on standby
