I had a very good experience at the Safeguard Storage Facility in Tamarac! The facility was very clean and welcoming. Jerome was the person who helped us. He was extremely kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy for both my husband and I. It is nice to have people who truly care about helping their customers and going the extra mile to insure a smooth transaction during a stressful time. This is one of the worst stories facilities have ever had in my life I have my stuff in there for over a year I work out of town a lot I always paid my storage fee and when I return and opened up my storage The ceiling caved in water damage rodents ate away all of my furniture my motorcycle there was rodent droppings and urine and ruined everything I own from a 5 bedroom house when I tried to file the claim they said since it was rodent damage they were only covering $250 after my rent there monthly was over $500 worst place ever I would never recommend anybody ever going here ever ever ever ever ever unless you just want to give your items away to the rats after I went inside and realized that everything was damaged I didn't even take my stuff out of there I took photos and pictures of everything and usually if you don't pay for one month they will auction your stuff off they kept my storage unit for a couple months after that just to run the bill up to charge me over $1,000 against my credit because I refuse to pay and I will never pay against my dead body

Jan was great. He hit be set up over the phone and I received great customer service from him and all the employees I dealt with. Thanks for a good experience. I Would recommend using these locations friendly and helpful staff.
