The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Morri went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and taken care of. Glen was very helpful with handling the entire process. He was very polite and made sure I understood everything. The facility looks well cared for, clean and temperature so far feels great inside.

Safe, great facility, but there are rarely carts available even though the parking lot doesn’t always have cars. I’ve gone 5-7 times in 6 months and a cart was only available the one time with the same empty parking lot. Also, be aware pretty sure the rates jump after 3 months. My wife and I rented units separately in different months and both times after 3 months we received one notice the rate was increasing. I think it’s a corporate thing and was not happy about that very odd timing similarity. Overall it’s a great place, really clean, and very customer friendly.
