Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Facility Conditions and Security Concerns To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my most recent visit to your facility. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant and raised several serious concerns about safety, cleanliness, and overall management. Upon arrival, I noticed that the entry gate was broken and stuck in the upright position, allowing anyone to drive in without restriction. The front doors had also been removed, meaning anyone can walk directly into the building at any time. There was absolutely no visible staff or manager on duty, leaving the entire property unsecured. Inside the building, both elevators contained urine—one dry and one fresh. The smell was so strong that I had to cover my mouth to avoid gagging. It is clear why people resort to using the elevators as restrooms: the facility bathrooms remain locked at all times, even though all tenants have access codes and the property is supposed to be monitored. Despite this, renters are still denied restroom access. Additional issues include broken and frequently missing carts, dumpsters that are constantly overflowing with trash, and a general lack of maintenance throughout the building. The overhead speakers installed by CubeSmart still hang throughout the facility, yet no music plays anymore, leaving them as unused equipment that only reminds tenants of how much the property has deteriorated since the ownership change. I have been renting at this location for five or six years, and the only noticeable change over that time has been the rent. My cost has more than doubled, even after reducing from two units to one. Despite cutting my space in half, I now pay nearly the same amount as before, which is unreasonable given the current state of the facility. To be completely honest, this property has gone significantly downhill since CubeSmart was replaced, and the current conditions are unacceptable. I have already begun the process of emptying my unit and plan to end my rental agreement entirely. I am extremely disappointed that a facility I have used for so many years has declined to this level. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as the issues outlined above are both health and safety concerns that affect every customer who enters the property. Sincerely, Jesse Dahl

Michelle is so helpful and polite she took care of everything over the phone. I had some concerns about cutting the lock off of my storage and how much it was going to charge me if they were going to do it and charge me for it when I could bring somebody in and bring my own bolt cutters which they had no problem and there was no charge and I was told as long as I don't hurt any of their property I was good to go this was the best news I've received all day and it was free. I really appreciate the upstanding customer service in your genuine politeness it's been way overdue I should have gave you a review months ago I apologize thanks again Michelle for all your help this place rocks!
