I went into this location looking for a unit to rent, when I went in the associate John Smith was incredibly helpful, considerate, and informative throughout the entire process. He clearly laid out all the options available to me and took the time to answer my questions without any pressure. Although I ultimately decided not to rent due to pricing and my current budget, he was never dismissive or pushy, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider renting here in the future based on the level of service I received.

Our experience with the Public Storage on 8 Mike Rd in Northville was amazing. The facility was easy to get in to, VERY clean, hours were great, and the staff is wonderful. We spoke to Jude and she couldn’t have been more helpful, and very pleasant. We used the unit in the process of moving and honestly this was the best and easiest part of the move. Highly recommend and talk to Jude.
