Josephine helped me at the 130 Landing Court in Novato and she was great, professional and explained everything so clearly. It's been a long while since I've needed a storage unit and I had a lot of questions so thank We walked through the units and together we were able to see exactly which unit I needed. Josephine walked me through the pros and cons of each unit, gave me tips and overall was a joy to speak with. The property was clean, spacious and Josephine got me in on the price that fit my budget perfectly. Thank you Josephone!

Josephine, the manager, is incredible! She’s so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Every time I’m there, she is sweeping or cleaning some thing. The facility is in great condition. It’s so obvious that she cares about what she does and about people. It’s so rare to find customer service like this.
