Public Storage

I am leaving this review because I have been leasing space from Public Storage on and off for many years. The manager at my current location, Jennifer, is second to none. Her ability to connect and provide an unconditional experience of service and hospitality is by far 5-star worthy and rated. Jennifer has not only given me the best service but also looked into ways to save me money. She is always willing to help or ask if everything is alright while I also visit my storage unit. I currently occupy a 10x15 unit and am extremely happy with my space. I recommend the classen location, ask for Jennifer's service with a smile😊❤️🙏🏽

Wow, the speed of the kiosk is incredible! It saved me so much time. A big shout-out to Jen! She was awesome—she didn't rush me at all and patiently made sure I understood the process. Thanks to her, using the kiosk was fast and completely stress-free.
