The Storage facility is always clean and accessible. Would like to thank Mr. Judson for his great job and for answering any questions I had. He maintains the storage area, and he is pleasant to talk with. thank you Mr. Judson

I've had multiple storage units with Public Storage in the past and currently, as well. The customer service that I've received from Judson at the two Oldsmar locations has been OUTSTANDING! He is courteous, thoughtful, kind and most importantly, experienced! He knows his job and truly wants to be there to help, he goes out of his way to solve any issues that may arise. Oftentimes, people today don't have the necessary customer service skills that Judson has. They don't put in the effort due to laziness or a lack of work ethic. This is not the case here. If you need assistance, Judson is your guy! A big thank you to him...he is a true gentleman and and excellent choice for a property manager.
