Great first impression. Was greeted at the door immediately and toured with Hilary she was extremely helpful answering questions and navigating around. They do not have the 5 x 5 unit that we were looking to rent however she did show us multiple options. We are thankful for all the help today!

Tara was amazing she took us to look at a couple units we picked one she was so accommodating and friendly. The place is so clean. Tara even stopped and picked up some trash. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She went over the security and helped us with the app made suggestions on good times to move our stuff. It was agreat experience glad we did it in person. We are very happy with the service the unit and location. Thank you Tara for all your help and patience with my husband and I mostly with my husband that has a walker.

This is Christopher Mayberry. I just got done renting a unit here at public storage Tara the front desk lady was beyond helpful. You need about 10 more of her and this place is super super nice. She was super helpful super kind very knowledgeable and I really appreciated your help because I had no clue what I was doing or what I needed and she was beyond way beyond helpful. She was definitely probably one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in the last week so I definitely think someone should give Tara a little pat on the back and she is super awesome. My bad not wasis super awesome.
