Public Storage

Coming from a competitor, I am very impressed with Public Storage. I wanted to view the premises for my RV before committing. Gabe did a fantastic job and has terrific customer service skills and even called a few days after to ensure I got moved in. I also really like the ability to use my phone for access.

The storage is clean and seems to be secure but the rate does seem to go up every 2-3 months by $10 or more, so be aware. I signed up on an offer that the rate was locked in for life and that lasted only a couple of months.
