The service in the Burns Road office in Palm Beach Gardens was awesome! Alina was so kind and nice that she made us feel like we were longtime friends! Great experience with her.

Came here a few months back and the lady running this place was awfully rude. Inquired about the storage units and she was very unhelpful. I asked if she could please take it easy as I just wanted to see a couple of units to gauge the size and that seemed to really set her off even more. She said I needed to know and select the size I wanted beforehand. This is sometimes hard to gauge and just wanted to have a look to decide between the two I had in mind but she refused to take me to any of the units. You will leave here with your blood pressure through the roof from the interaction. Found a better one that was willing to show me around and let me choose the right storage unit that fit my needs. It was worth the peace of mind.
