Public Storage

The online experience is rough. Particularly if you need to book two spaces at the same location. When I called the customer service number they couldn't help me because their system was down. So I had to go to the location and arrange renting the second space in person. Public Storeage needs to invest in AI for a more seamless customer experience.

This is a good public storage with great service. It is clean and well maintained. Karen was the store manager when we were there. She provided thoughtful guides and was very helpful answering our questions. There was a small accident — we got trapped in the elevator for an hour (and for this I deduct one star). Good thing is it was easy to contact people for help. The elevator emergency call system worked well. Karen also responded quickly and kept checking with us to make sure we were doing well (that was very appreciated!!) Bad thing is maintenance came a bit late and it felt like forever… maybe because it was Sunday late afternoon.
