This location at 240 Newbury St, Peabody is the best. Always so helpful always willing to help you out and work with you. Easy to reach and Patrice is the boss you want to deal with she is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had a unit here for quite some time now and they are always so helpful with everything!! Thanks P!

Patrice & Nolan are very helpful and understanding. No one likes moving but they are considerate and do their job well. I’d like to nominate both Patrice and Nolan as they both deserve a day off with pay!! They helped me out several times and have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and communicate with me. My partner and I have been renting for months with not many issues, until the past month when it has started snowing and getting icy out. They have not bothered to get anyone to plow, let alone lay down salt or ice melt. We need to make arrangements to move our furniture to our new place, but the lack of plowing makes this very difficult and dangerous. The rent has also increased twice within the last 6 months.
