Dana's customer service was outstanding, very professional, and very courteous. Dana deserves a 5 out of 5 stars she was very detailed and helpful in my need of changing into a smaller storage. Dana was there from Friday to Sunday assisting with any need I had. The Gate in building C door lock gave me a difficult time and Dana would assist with issue.Thank you very much Dana. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because of prices on storage.

came in randomly to inquire about a unit and bernadette was soooo helpful! she was very informative and ready to show me sizes of storage units so i can gauge which one to go with. walked me around to show me a unit and suggested i apply online which would save me money and it definitely did! i feel much happier knowing i am renting a storage unit with employees that are friendly and helpful! thank you bernadette!

Im very satisfied all the way around the two persons who assisted us were very nice I believe it was the manager and her assistant. Thank you very much
