I had the pleasure of speaking with one employee named Jean. All I can say is, public storage is lucky to have real life genuine and actual polite customer service with him. The only time you’ll catch me writing a review is if something or someone is Really Great! Or Really Shitty. Jean was kind, polite, informative and let me Know all my options of the storage offered. I highly recommend speaking to him when going!
