Public Storage

I have been renting a unit from public storage for well over 3 months. I must say that chastity has been very knowledgeable, helpful with any questions I've had, and has always been very pleasant to be around. You can tell that she takes pride in her job and cares about not only the company as well as renters like myself. With a warm welcome, and just all around good energy. I enjoy seeing her when I go to storage.

Josie at Public Storage was amazing to work with. She was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy for me. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my storage choice. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore, and I really appreciated her taking the time to help. Thank you, Josie, for being so helpful and making it a great experience!
