I give them Zero stars if it would let me. Do not use this Public Storage. They are rat infested and even with me putting out poison, I still had a lot of chewed up furniture and boxes. And the insurance does not cover rat damage. I have tried many times with phone calls and emails to get ahold of the manager and you can never speak to them nor do they return your calls. Every 3 months they raise my rent $60-$80. I started out paying $170 a little over a year ago and just went up to $380 a month. And they are offering this unit to new people at $220 to suck you in. That is crazy. You would think they would want to keep their good paying customers. I think they want you to default so they can have your stuff and sell it to make more money. I have used other Public Storages in the past and were happy but this one is down right awful! Beware.

Warning: The facilities are fine, but expect your rate to increase by more than 100% within the first 3–6 months. There are no options for annual or multi-year agreements, and you won’t be able to speak with a real person about your account. I'm planning to move out as soon as I can and would only consider using Public Storage again for very short-term needs. Update after 10 months: Rates are now up 280% since I first moved in! I ate the first round of increases, now I have to waste my time moving.
