I want to acknowledge the manager Lili at this 1450 W Copans location. She's the main reason I continue to rent there. She is knowledgeable, professional and always well- mannered. She's an asset to the company.

The best Punlic storage facility in the county. The premises are clean and managed great. Matthew help me from start to finish with getting a unit at the last minute.

I am a customer since 2011 and the customer service I received from Lili is outstanding. She is always pleasant and helpful and always takes time to assist you any way she can. She has been employed at Public Storage for many years an is definitely an asset to Public Storage.
