Allissa at the Public Storage in Rancho Mirage was extremely helpful and patient while I figured out which unit best suited my needs. The facility itself is very clean, and the climate-controlled end door stays impressively cool—perfect for storing personal items safely. Allissa has a great outgoing personality and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the time and care she took to help me purchase my storage rental. The highest marks for customer service, kindness, patience, & professionalism for the two employees I worked with today. At two locations, these two (Allissa and Ben) were exceptional representatives for Public Storage. Allissa at Rancho Mirage store ultimately had the best unit option for me, after Ben at Palm Desert store had answered my many questions & shown me the available units there, but I needed something a bit different, so he called Allissa to expect me at RM. Allissa was so patient & kind as she explained everything very well, & showed me the unit that is perfect for my needs. Please commend these two awesome employees!
