Due to a change in our schedule, Lori met my wife and I an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment time. Thank you, Lori! She then gave us a personally guided tour of the facility and then helped us get our storage unit set up quickly and without issue. She even took us outside to make sure the app was working properly before we left. Lori is amazing!

Came into the office for questions and was greeted by Sierra. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Liked the facility but the customer service was top notice. Thank you Sierra.
