I had a really great experience with Public Storage. The customer service was honestly the best part. Adrian was friendly, patient, and super professional from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain all my options, helped me pick the right unit size, and made sure I understood the pricing and policies so there were no surprises. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure, which gave me peace of mind leaving my belongings there. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to help and always had a positive attitude.

I will definitely use them again! The process was clean, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt taken care of the entire time. I rented a unit at this location. Most of the time, the office was unstaffed — even other customers I spoke with said managers are rarely present. I had to leave a callback request to finally reach someone by phone. I wanted to cancel my account to move to another location. I understand that I did not receive a refund for the first month was my responsibility, and I paid for it. I also requested cancellation. I had chosen a promotion for a free second month, but it seems they later requested payment for that month. Since my account had already been deleted, I was unaware. Six months later, I received a collection notice. I’ve emailed corporate with supporting photos from my visit and the lock refund (which I did receive). I hope this helps. Please choose a location with staff regularly present and be cautious when making payments.
