Petra gave great service. She secured my unit when I accidentally did not lock the lock. They do daily security checks. Gave me an immediate call and set my mind at ease. Thank you, Petra! You are awesome! Also, the location is extremely clean and safe, with staff on site cleaning and making sure no one is there that should not be.

I’ve had a storage unit at Public Storage – 311 North 16th St, Sacramento for 9 years, and today I was reminded why I’ve stayed so long. PETRA was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me find a great discount, which truly meant a lot to me.
