I'll be honest, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this place. I've had problems using the storage place twice now. The first time I had asked them to cancel it, they said they didn't get a request so they were nice enough to cancel it. But the second time around we finally moved into an apartment, we had our own garage so we decided not to go through them anymore. I had asked him to cancel it. The man had said yes. They will cancel it. The female working here she 's there all the time. I'm pretty sure she's the manager of that place and I left them a voicemail telling them multiple times that I had canceled it and I'm not sure why they were still coming after me for money. Not once did I scream at her over the phone. Not once did I scream with her over the voicemail while she accused me of screaming at her over the voicemail. When I asked to hear the voicemail, she and the higher up had refused to play the voicemail in front of me. I would never recommend anyone coming here because they sit there. They accuse you of things that you haven't done and when you asked them to cancel it, they tell you that you never asked them to cancel it. The attitude was horrible telling me that she was scared of me because I screamed at her over voicemail was ridiculous because as I stated I don't scream at people. I choose peace over anything.

This is an excellent storage unit, the lady at the counter (forgot her name) deserves the highest remarks. She works as if she owns the place, cleaning, always answering phones, and is a huge asset to this location. Location itself is well kept, clean, and from my three years of storing here, never had security issues, no leaking units, and overall its a very nice location. WHY ONLY 3 STARS? I started rending from here for $180/mo for my unit, within a short span of 34 months it went to $310 and another price increase two months ago to just under $370. A 106% increase over three years is a but too much for me to consider fair. ($4,400 a year for those wondering who want to just store random knick-knacks). I suppose at $1.50 a sqft it's within a market rate. But I digress. Great units non-the-less and if you need something stored where cost is of no issue, then this location will come highly recommended form me.

This is my very first time renting a storage unit, and Cheryl has been really helpful since the beginning. She's very easy to talk to, love her energy and always eager to help. My experience wouldn't have been any easier without her.
