Professional, friendly, problem solver, called me back when she promised, handled my difficult situation with a sense of urgency, understanding and found me exactly what I needed at a fair price. I never write reviews EVER but it is rare I find someone who cares about the reputation of their workplace and their customers. Thank you for everything Teresa I was in a bind and your assistance in fixing it MADE IT ALL BETTER. i have taken time to look at your Pubic Storage reviews and the consistant 5 star reviews are ALL TERESA! Rented a space during the President's Day sale which made the rental easy for what we needed. Staff on site was very helpful, especially Teresa. When we had an issue with the lightbulb in our unit, she helped us right away.

OMG...best place ever! Theresa and Farz showed the best customer service skills and support. They were on my team and did everything in their power to resolve the issue which eventually, we came up with a solution to honor the deal I was offered via email. I have been using storage units for the past 3 years and have had to move from place to place since they jack the rate after about 4 months. I was offered an exclusive deal to "win back" my business that I took advantage of... but their website had a glitch and the reservation did not complete. Once the code was used, it wouldnt let me redo it. Theresa and Farz escalated the issue and eventually, as mentioned, the offer is being honored. It is rare these days for people to go the extra mile and they both did. With all the options out there, I highly recommend this location because when things go south, as they often do, they will be on your team.
