Public Storage on Lafayette Street (3033 Lafayette St, Santa Clara) is always clean, well-lit, and very well maintained. Julia, the manager, is outstanding — friendly yet professional, firm when needed, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. She runs the property extremely well. I started with one unit, and now I have five — both personal and business. That says it all. Highly recommend this location.

My first time renting and met with Julia, management of the location. She was so awesome, very helpful. She gave me the run down of all the details and help answered all my questions and concerns. She was down to earth and funny which made our communication easy. She is very fun to talk to and we clicked instantly. I was able to check in to the unit with ease and I recommend this location, thank you very much Julia!!

Tim at Public Storage is one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve met. He’s always kind, patient, and ready to help with anything you need. He really takes care of customers and makes the whole process easy. I truly appreciate his great attitude and the way he goes above and beyond every time.
