Front desk employee lady is very nice. Our unit has a big wet oil stain. Or maybe it’s water which is kinda concerning considering it’s going to be rainy weather soon and I don’t need my items damaged. Also we did a few storage runs tonight and the gate was wide open the few times we went throughout the 2 hour span. Don’t like that especially in this neighborhood.

Starting a new account and selecting a 5x10 unit was actually really simple and the whole process was seamless and only took about five minutes, and setup included a new lock, and storage insurance, gate can be acessed by code or bluetooth, app is flawless as well. They're true about the $1 first month thingy too. Awesome!
