Anna was ‘AMAZING” to work with. From the outset, she was friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. We not only booked a facility, but from Ana’s help, we went from a 10x15 unit to a 10x20 unit. Additionally, Anna was patient in explaining all the variables associated leasing a storage unit. Clearly, Anna went over the top in exceeding every stage of renting a storage unit. Finally, Anna would serve as a good role model for new employees. Thank you Anna!

The elevator size was not optimal for me to use their storage location as my furniture would not have fit into it, so I had to cancel last minute. Autumn was wonderful in helping me through the whole process. She walked with me to two units, helped me assess the elevators and then was able to assist me with the cancellation when I decided it was not a good fit for me. Even though I walked in close to closing time, she was courteous, professional and extremely understanding. They have great customer service. Just not big enough elevators, sadly.
