⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Crew Ever – Tasha P & Tasha! I cannot say enough good things about Tasha P and Tasha at Public Storage. These two are truly the best crew ever. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond, following up with me through phone calls for two full weeks to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely taken care of. That level of consistency, care, and professionalism is rare. They were incredibly patient, kind, and hardworking, even taking the time to personally walk us to our new unit and explain everything thoroughly—despite it being close to closing time. Because of them, I secured a 10x20 inside unit for my car, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Public Storage is very fortunate to have these two amazing women. They deserve recognition, a promotion, and a raise for the exceptional service they provide. Thanks to Tasha P and Tasha, I will be using Public Storage for life. She genuinely took the time to understand our needs, walked us through options, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. We had our 2020 Winnebago Navion RV stored at this Public Storage facility for a month (August 30 - September 28, 2025). The RV was seriously vandalized by a tenant destroying all coach windows and body damage. We noticed other RVs stored here who like us used it for temporary storage while they took a flight or cruise out of Seattle. The security at this facility is lacking for 24 hours overview. If you value your vehicle (which Public Storage does not) please consider using another storage area.
