Public Storage

We have had multiple units for the last 10 months. a couple of price increases that were unexpected, but ok. Facility is always clean and everything works as it should. We moved out of 2 of the 10X20 units today. the rules are "by the end of the month". Today is Dec first and we were completely out before noon. they are still going to charge us for the whole month. with about 6 units at this facility, between me and my siblings, no late payments, never an issue. You would think after over 200 a month for 10 months, someone could show some customer appreciation and say thank you, we wont worry about this half day. Update: Dec 5th - issue has been resolved. They do truly have some great customer service. As I stated before, this facility is always clean and all equipment works great (electronic entry). Thanks you Kirsten !

This place is amazing love them they work with you . I love this place i was almost on action they had to cut lock understand that never have anything missing when done that i love the people i highly. Recommendthis place...

we came to get a unit and morgan was so helpful with helping us choose the right unit and giving us tips to keep our things safe and cared for. she was so friendly and got us in and out very quickly and answered any questions we had!
