I can’t say enough amazing things about this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and kindness was next level. The entire property is spotless and not just “looks clean,” but consistently being cleaned. Every time I was there, I saw the employee actively maintaining the space and helping customers with a smile. Customer service like this is rare. They were incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely cared about making the experience easy and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. Highly, highly recommend!

Incredibly predatory storage rate increases. I had a unit for 1 year and they started ~40% increases in rent EVERY 6 MONTHS when I hit having my storage unit for 1 year. 2 years in for a 10x10 they are charging $280 a month for a 10x10 that was originally a little under $100 eith the teaser rate. Attempts to negotiate with them were met with a whole bunch of fake I understand how you feel this is what the policy is ect despite an identical 10x10 having a teaser rate of $90 on their website. If you are planning on renting more than 6 months avoid public storage like the plague. There is a reason they sre worth 53 billion as a company. Included is a picture of the rate increases you will get every 6 months if you use this company. Also despite having the obvious capability, they charge an extra $30 for you to access the storage unit at 9pm despite obviously being able to offer it for everyone at no extea charge. Attached is a screenshot showing that any my previous rate before they jack it up Lastly I am guessing certain modt of the reviews for this place are falsified. I have had a unit for 2 years and haven't never seen a public storage employee. This is a storage facility not a customer service desk yet every review mentions an employee who helped them out with something. Very fishy

Liz, the property manager at Public Storage, is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure — you can tell she really cares about keeping everything in top shape. Great customer service is hard to find, but Liz goes above and beyond. If you need storage, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Liz!
