Public Storage

I've been in private business for 20 years, so I know good service when I see it. Kami and the staff at Public Storage are outstanding. Kami helped me out with a lock problem I was having. On a different occasion when I was downsizing, she was very helpful in guiding me through the process and finding a new unit that was very close to the one that I had. Well DONE!! I highly recommend this facility!

Amazing team at this storage location. We have used them for a number of years and continue to get great service when needed. The employee, I believe her name is Kami is very good and helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance.

Good location staff that try to serve best they can at the mercy of big chain ownership. Clean and generally well kept facilities With decent accessability. Honest up front that they are basically a bait and switch chain. Meaning in the contract you sign they have the right after a few months up to the next year to raise the rent even up to a couple months (in my case the 11th month 80%!) Know that you will not have consistently staffed offices and will basically need to try to catch someone not on rounds or ' lock checks '. Funny when inquiring with a national agent that set up my appointment she told me that she could see someone is scheduled and if I wanted to get their attention on rounds I could simply 'Stay in the parking lot closer to the office doors and honk my horn!!!' I'm not sure why it takes SO long for service requests like simple app gate access to be restored for over a month. Or the guy that walked in after being on his unit & many times calling a motion light iluminatin his unit was out by phone finally walks in and gets a 'service request' formaly put in by friendly staff and a promise they (location manager) would call back to assure it was addressed.... Why not after 1st request by phone?
