Public Storage

My name is Enrique Henry Lopez. I've had my belongings stored here at public storage for the last couple months. The worker Diana and this other gentleman that works in the morning are very helpful and very kind. Diana, always answers your questions very professionally. She is the kindest, sweetest and the hardest worker I've ever encountered. I wish you could find more people like her. Then again, there's only one her in this world and she works for public storage and I am so grateful and so pleased of the way she treats me with kindness, dignity and respect as well as the other clients that come here. Keep up the good work and thank you for the amazing things and the amazing people that you have working for you. Have a wonderful day. God bless America as well as public storage.

Safe, secure, clean, my phone calls were always returned right away. Dianna was so helpful & polite each time. I had my unit broke into at FAMILY STORAGE, in the ac units area & the manager was so rude, I will never forgether her... This is the 2nd time I have rented a unit from PUBLIC STORAGE & very satisfied.

From the bipartisanguy. Dianna was professional and very helpful. I probably would have moved on if she hadn't of intervened. So I rented the unit from there and I'll see how it works out.
