Update: I’m updating this review to reflect recent developments. Insurance has paid out the full amount of my claim, and I received and deposited the check. I appreciate that portion being resolved. However, the circumstances surrounding the theft remain unresolved. The police investigation was closed due to no leads, and I was informed that no usable surveillance footage was found. I was told the individual(s) responsible likely avoided camera coverage entirely, which is concerning given the size and amount of equipment removed from a locked unit with no forced entry. I did speak with the district manager, who was professional and helpful, and he also assisted by locking in my rent for a few months, which I appreciate. That said, no property has been recovered, and no clear explanation has been provided for how a secured unit could be accessed and emptied without damage, forced entry, or camera evidence. While the insurance payout helped financially, it does not restore peace of mind. The lack of answers raises serious questions about security procedures and oversight at this location. I have since added a second lock as an extra precaution and am actively seeking a unit with direct camera visibility so I can better understand what areas are monitored. I strongly encourage others to ask questions about camera coverage and take precautions when choosing a unit. I’m sharing this update so others can make informed decisions when storing valuable property here.

I had rented online for the first of the month, but needed the unit sooner. Drove down and was greeted by Manny soon as I walked in the office. He was so professional and helpful. Updated my reservation and took a huge weight off my shoulders. So glad I chose this location.

Manny ways makes the experience great. Things are super smooth and the access through the gate on the app is amazing. Highly recommend. Prices are great too!
