Public Storage

We have been a customer since 2020, and when the ownership changed to Public Storage I was initially worried. Those worries were cleared up when I met Stacey. Her professionalism and ability to work through the transition of both new ownership, and different units was smooth as butter. After many conversations, we are happily in our new unit and happy with all the changes.

I had an amazing experience working with Tanisha and Stacey, the service they both gave was above and beyond any service I had received at other Storage companies. They were very thorough with explaining the information regarding renting the unit Tanisha made our experience a very positive one, I had so many questions I have never rented a storage unit before, Tanisha was very polite, and had the patience of a Saint. I normally don’t do these but I had a great experience at the Public Storage location in Vista, and I want to specifically recognize Stacy for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was that her level of service honestly reminded me of the kind of customer service I experienced while living in Japan—attentive, respectful, and detail-oriented, without ever feeling rushed or transactional. That’s not something you come across very often anymore.
