I have been a long-time customer and have always been satisfied with this company—until my most recent rental. On move-out day, I opened my unit and was shocked to find all of my belongings covered in pollen. The pollen had even seeped inside sealed boxes, and when I moved everything into my new home, the pollen tracked inside and created a huge mess. I even had to visit Urgent Care to have my eye flushed because of the exposure. When I contacted the District Manager, Chris Moss, he was difficult to reach and slow to return calls. When I finally spoke with him, he didn’t seem concerned and simply said he was sorry. He never asked to see the photos I had showing the severity of the issue, and when I suggested inspecting the unit to prevent this from happening again, his response was that it couldn’t be done because it was “not pollen season.” I later reached out to corporate, but the only response I got was “we’re sorry” and that I should “read the fine print.” No one showed any real concern about the issue with the unit—or the risk that others may face the same problem. For reference, this was at 10104 Capital Blvd., Wake Forest, NC 27578, Unit B060. The only positive part of this experience was Laquanda at the front desk—she was kind, professional, and very helpful throughout my rental.
