Our vacating of our unit was amazing . I never thought I would have a need to express my thoughts on a storage unit but here I am . As we were moving our belongings out of storage a lovely employee approached us . Her name is Marie . She was so professional yet she was also personable. We chatted for a bit and it was like talking to a dear friend or family member . Such a bright young lady and conversationalist I forgot I was even packing the truck . She made it feel seem less I am exhausted from our move and I appreciated the endearing conversation . Great hire on this young lady to whom it may concern . It’s like I always heard and say you won’t remember what someone said to you , nor will you remember what someone did for you but you will always remember how someone made you feel . I hope Marie’s manager reads these reviews because she deserves all the kudos and maybe something special for going so above and beyond . Thank you Marie ❤️

I had such a fantastic experience at Public Storage thanks to Marie, the manager! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Moving and storage can be stressful, but Marie made the entire process smooth and easy. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her commitment to customer service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and organized — and it’s obvious Marie takes pride in keeping everything running perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm, friendly attitude. If you’re looking for storage and want to feel taken care of, I highly recommend this location.
